[EN] COOKING ; Choco Brownies

This is my first time baking Chocolate brownies :))
I have heard from my friend that brownies is actually a very easy dessert and so 21st August was my friend's birthday that was the reason why I decided to baked it, yesterday.

This the adapted version from SORTED FOOD's recipe.

Ingredients

• butter (140g)
• dark chocolate (200g)
• sugar (225g)
• cocoa (60g)
• 2 eggs
• plain flour (60g)

Recipe

• butter, sugar and chocolate into a microwaveable bowl for 2 minutes or until the mixture has melted.
• preheat the oven to 180°C.
• crack in the eggs, cocoa and flour into the melted chocolate mix and beat well.
• pour into the mould and shake the tin to level out the mix.
• bake for 30 mins then remove from the oven and allow to cool fully in the tin.
• remove and cut into chunks, done!
